Dr. Hildebrand is phenomenal. I really feel like he went above and beyond to make sure we found out my correct prescription. So I feel bad writing this. But whoever dragged themselves out of the back to "assist" me with information on the Zeiss lens offerings was something else. Really disappointing. One of the most blatantly rude people I've ever suffered. I wish I caught its name... I ended up calling "Eyecare Leaders Pearland - Featuring a ZEISS Vision Experience" afterwards because I still wanted to speak to someone who was knowledgeable about the Zeiss product line. They confirmed a good portion of the "information" it was giving me was incorrect. And that the lens configuration I had in mind was a standard option/ no problem.

This practice is the best I have ever used for eyecare. They are so kind and always take care of my eye needs. Super customer-focused staff and optometrists!

I have been a patient of Dr. Rogers for over 20+ years. I absolutely adore him! He has a wonderful โ€œbedsideโ€ manner, but more importantly, he genuinely cares about my eye health. About 2 years ago I had an issue with my right eye and the staff made an appointment for me immediately to see Dr Rogers. He and his team put me through a rigorous exam, and once completed showed me results and put my mind at ease. Wonderful doctor AND a great group of folks on his support team!

I have been seeing Dr Besler for over 20 years. He has been friendly, professional and always helpful. The office staff is good too. But this past year their price for lenses have gone to the roof. I expect prices to go up but a 60% increase from one year to the next is too much in my opinion. I do not know too many people who can afford to pay $550+ for a pair of progressive lenses.
