All staff were professional. The Doctor explained the issue I'm having and getting the proper tests done to remedy the correct care.

OMG, this is new. When I saw your picture, I thought I must owe him money. My visits are always professional and friendly. The two ladies up front set the stage, they are a hoot. Dr. Calzafa is a wonderful, caring and exceptional physician with a great bedside manner. I plan to continue my relationship with Deep Blue Retina and especially Dr. Gorge Calzada! My visit on 02/24/2022 was awesome as usual. A few new faces but same great service. As usual, exceptional physician and office staff services. Dr. Calzada listens to his patients and encourages open discussions. Visit on 1!/04/2025 was the same as always. The staff were exceptionally busy but gave each patient that personal care and attention as usual. Dr. Calzada has the greatest attitude and never too busy to discuss health concerns. Visit on 04/14/2026 was better. Process for prepping for the procedure was updated which made it less timely and more comfortable. Dr. Calzada has a well oiled practice and great patient service.! .

Love this office staff and doctor.

Routine visits last 3-plus hours. It's terrible to get someone to drive you home because it eats 2 people's whole day.The care is fine, but the amount of time waiting makes me want to find a new doctor.

I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Calzada and his associates provide excellent care. They thoroughly explained my procedure and what to expect for continuing treatment. I have complete confidence with Dr. Calzada and his support staff.

He did not even do my post surgery follow up. I saw a Resident/Fellow who was incompetent. I ended up with a rupture in my eye, according to Calzada it was unavoidable. I believe if he had done my post-op the issue would have been discovered and dealt with properly. It is now almost a year later and the vision is worse in that eye than when I started treatments.
