I was deeply disappointed to learn of the decision to terminate Mr. Lorenzo Tucker from C. W. Williams Community Health Center. Before saying anything publicly, I took the time to fully understand the circumstances, because decisions like this deserve careful consideration and fairness. What saddened me most is that Mr. Tucker has consistently demonstrated a genuine commitment to community engagement, advocacy, and creating safe spaces for meaningful dialogue—work that aligns with the very mission community health centers are meant to uphold. In a time when access to healthcare is already fragile and community trust is critical, decisions that appear to prioritize policy without equal consideration for purpose can have lasting impact. This moment felt like a missed opportunity for collaboration, growth, and reconciliation. I hope the organization reflects on how choices like this are perceived by the community it serves and considers how transparency, compassion, and unity can guide future decisions. The work is too important, and the stakes are too high, to lose sight of the people behind the policies.

I understand this is a community health center but its ridiculous that you cant ever get someone on the phone i just need my prescription refill sent over to the walmart pharmacy im completely out of my medicine and i've left numerous messages before running out this shouldnt be that hard to do

Their nurse practitioner James Moore was an excellent nurse. My physical was a great experience. I felt welcomed and cared for. I felt he did a thorough physical and met all my needs and he provided excellent care and service. Thank-you Mr. James Moore.

I had an opportunity to take a tour of the facility. Although the building is old, the inside was clean and well kept. The entire staff was friendly.

Went for an examination had several questions The doctor TOLD me she could discuss ONE of my concerns I would have to make another appointment to discuss other concerns Then she told me to go to ER let them draw blood mine you I paid for this appointment and your sending me to the hospital where I will be charged additional Please I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

CW Williams is a one-stop place for dental, medical, mental wellness, and HIV care. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable! Thank you for all the good work you do!

Great people work there who really care about their clients...I wouldn't go anywhere else!!
