Crossroads Apothecary & Teaching Kitchen and especially nutritionist Keri Connell have been very helpful to me. Her advice has already helped me in a couple of areas in regards to my health and I am no spring chicken. I have only seen her about three times. That is a great track record. Your mileage may vary depending on how well you take care of yourself. I haven't tried the cooking classes yet but am scheduled to. As for the apothecary itself, it is well stocked with various useful items and the staff is very helpful. In my opinion, you can't go wrong with Crossroads Apothecary & Teaching Kitchen...
