Terrible experience just trying to book an appointment. The person on the phone was flat-out rude and completely unprofessional. I asked them to repeat something twice because I couldn’t understand, and they yelled at me. Absolutely unacceptable. If this is how they treat people before you even walk into their clinic, I can only imagine how the actual visit would be. Bad experience from the start
