All the staff were friendly and helpful. Dr Koreishi was extremely knowledgeable and kind.
I am intentionally giving a rating 3/5, not because of Dr. Koreshi, but because of the sub-par office staff. Dr. Koreshi is a keen listener and a very good doctor! Her Telephone Support staff take eons to return calls. For example, my wife's is supposed to have a surgical procedure tomorrow and we are supposed to pick up an eye drop from the pharmacy. But, here's the kicker - it won't be available until tomorrow. Don't understand this bit. My wife is unable to drive and I have to pick these up from the pharmacy. Today, when I have less meetings, would be perfect. Dr. Koreshi - are you reading this??
Cares so much about their patients! Outstanding patient care. Dr Ple-Planken is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. She explains it in a way you can understand and is not hurried!
