I was so stressed because of being late for an appointment and having issues and they worked with me beautifully we made it to my appointment and as always, Dr. K Is wonderful so knowledgeable, very smart and answers all my questions. I went here for a second opinion because another doctor just told me to do things without listening to my reports of what was going on with my vision and pain. Dr K listened to what I told her, and clarified what she heard me saying. When I didn’t believe she understood what I said, she asked more questions to clarify. She took the time to understand and was able to tweak my drops based on a true understanding of symptoms. She outlined today’s orders, but also gave me the possible next steps we would take if this doesn’t work. She explained the purpose of each drop I’m on, and explained the next steps and details and purpose of each step. Communication and medical knowledge are perfect!!
