I went here for a second opinion because another doctor just told me to do things without listening to my reports of what was going on with my vision and pain. Dr K listened to what I told her, and clarified what she heard me saying. When I didn’t believe she understood what I said, she asked more questions to clarify. She took the time to understand and was able to tweak my drops based on a true understanding of symptoms. She outlined today’s orders, but also gave me the possible next steps we would take if this doesn’t work. She explained the purpose of each drop I’m on, and explained the next steps and details and purpose of each step. Communication and medical knowledge are perfect!!

Dr Ple-plakon is upbeat, thorough, and efficient. She, along with her staff takes time to listen to any concerns, and answers them. She addresses concerns I have and also any she may have in order to monitor for possible eventualities. She gave me hope in my situation when others did not.
