The initial care was wonderful coming out of surgery, they were extremely helpful and kind with that being said, I had expressed the size of breast augmentation I had hoped to achieve and trusted my Dr to achieve this goal. I allowed him to pick the best size implant and shape to achieve my goal as he is the professional and shy’s you away from going “too large”. After swelling had gone down I immediately vocalized my concerns, especially realizing he chose such a small amount of cc’s. I was asked to wait the 6 month healing period, which I did and scheduled a follow up. One breast is very noticeably lower then the other, I was told he wasn’t sure why this occurred but this could be solved with some stitching. My implants are extremely bottom heavy and are folding over underneath when the concern was to fill the breasts out on the upper area and he assured me he could achieve this with the implants chosen. They were more then willing to solve the issues for another $4000.00 when I already initially paid $10,000 for the surgery. I highly recommend going to a more experienced surgeon who has a better idea of your bodies needs.

I was super nervous looking into a breast augmentation after I had breast feed all four of my children. Words cannot describe how much I loved my experience and results with Dr. Jeffries and his staff! Dr Jeffries was very professional, kind, and understood exactly what I wanted from this surgery. Tracey the surgery coordinator made me feel completely comfortable through the entire process and answered all my questions every step of the way. Even the surgery center staff was wonderful! I’m currently almost 2 months post surgery, and I am so happy I did this for myself.

I can't say enough good things about my entire experience with Dr. Jeffries. I elected to have a breast lift and augmentation. My consultation was a wealth of information and all my questions were answered (I came with a typed out list.). I scheduled my surgery that day for several months away. Surgery went beautifully and my results were nothing less than outstanding, I mean absolutely beautiful. This man is an artist! Not only am I beyond pleased with my results, he is compassionate and caring. About 4 weeks post op, one breast showed some slight redness at the incision site. Of course I noticed on a Friday after work. I called the after hours number and Dr. Jeffries called me back within 30 min. I was able to text him photos of my concerns (he also gave many compliments on the thorough photos for him to review) and he ordered scripts for me right away to ensure no issues. While this sounds relatively routine and expected, the key thing is that he called me the next morning (Saturday) to check on me and also called me Sunday morning to check on me. His staff also called me Monday morning to check on me. In addition to this amazing personal service, I had come for a follow-up visit and needed to make another visit, but all the staff were busy. Dr. Jeffries noticed this and grabbed his own laptop and personally scheduled my appointment. WHAT? Talk about full service! Even my husband called it out and mentioned it was the best service he has ever seen. Bottom line, this is the absolute best experience I have ever had and I am thrilled I chose him (I had another consultation with another local surgeon that I opted not to go with). He has been amazing to work with and my results are gorgeous, I can't say it enough. The staff was also fantastic. Thank you Dr. Jeffries!

4 months post op and I am thrilled with the results. I am healthier and happier now than I have been since my teens. So glad I made the investment in myself, and chose the very talented surgeon Dr. Jeffries. He and his staff take great care of their clients, and I am so appreciative!! Will return for any of my future needs>
