The Absolute Gold Standard of Private Medical Care in Denver Finding a medical practice that treats you like a human being instead of an assembly-line insurance metric is incredibly rare these days, but Colorado Allergy & Asthma Centers is truly exceptional. This provider-run, independent private practice has given me the best medical experience of my life. Dr. Chad Lomas is hands-down the best doctor I’ve ever had. His attentive, patient-first approach to care should be the blueprint for the entire healthcare industry. What makes this practice even more remarkable is the incredible team surrounding him. Every single person in the office has gone out of their way to help me over the years, and I’m deeply grateful for all they’ve done. I especially want to thank Lindsey, the office manager. When I was dealing with stressful and ongoing issues getting my vital injection medications delivered on time through UnitedHealthcare, Lindsey stepped in and fought through the insurance bureaucracy for me. Without her persistence and dedication, I truly don’t think I would have received my medication on time. I also have to recognize Deb at the front desk. Deb is one of the most warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind people I’ve ever encountered in a medical setting. At the same time, she is incredibly efficient and always knows how to navigate scheduling to help patients when they need it most. She has helped me get appointments sooner than expected multiple times, always making the process seamless and accommodating. When you support this independent practice, you are supporting a dedicated local team that genuinely cares about patient outcomes, not a faceless corporate healthcare system focused on quotas. Thank you to Dr. Lomas, Lindsey, Deb, and the entire staff for everything you’ve done for me over the years. I’m incredibly thankful to have found such an amazing team.

I was struggling with seasonal allergies and allergic eczema. I didn’t even know you could treat seasonal allergies with something more than antihistamines! Colorado Allergy and Asthma set me up with skin testing and a fantastic app customized to my identified allergies to help me identify good skin care products, and a schedule for customized allergy shots to help reduce my seasonal allergy symptoms. They take great care of me, answer all my questions, listen to all of my feedback, and engage with me proactively to ensure I get the right care.

I have been going Colorado Asthma and Allergy Center for a little over 13 years, first at the Broomfield Office and in more recent years at the Centennial Office. I have always received the most professional care from both offices. I was always treated with dignity and respect while discussing my concerns, illnesses, and routine checkups A big thank you to the Broomfield staff- P.A. Heather Scott, and Dr. Katherine Tsai, and experienced a seamless and wonderful transition to the Centennial office by their office staff. I have received excellent and thorough care from P.A. Nicole Mizo who is wonderful, and prompt care and helpful care from Dr.’s Anna Meyer, and Chad Lomas.

Dr. Lomas is the best! Very professional and personable; he helps my son with his allergies treatments. We appreciate him very much. The office staff is very polite.

I've had three or four appts with him so far and liked his approach from the time he first entered the room. He's communicative, but without lecturing or showing off. He listens attentively, even when I might wander onto rabbit trails. He has contacted my other providers to get the full picture of my situation. He asks about my family and remembers them and their names. He fully explains his proposed treatment and asks for my thoughts, emphasizing quality of life. He's simultaneously knowledgable, professional, and approachable. What more could you ask for?

I love Dr. Anne Meyer. She was very thorough in finding out what was causing my constant coughing. We did allergy testing and found I'm allergic to the environment and was prescribed a nose spray that has helped me immensely. She if very professional and friendly making you feel like you are important and not just another patient.
