The doctor and staff truly care about your health. They clearly evaluate how treament is working are not. Their treatment plans are very effective and they are very good at teaching you how to do it at home.

The front desk woman was very nice and personable. The nurse or assistant was very friendly and helpful. He performed his job well. And Dr. Tsai was awesome. She actually listened. Was quite intelligent. Very high IQ and awareness. Attention to detail. You can tell she takes her job seriously and actually studies asthma and medications as well as the insurances and systems in place, that sometimes can cause friction. And she seems to know how to navigate everything well. She is literally the best asthma and allergy expert I have came across in years, maybe ever. Most doctors just say here's more Prednisone and good bye in 5 minutes, while pretending to listen. I can tell she knew way more than me. But she didn't get frustrated or impatient. She took her time to listen and navigate the person/me. And she did very well. A+.
