My first time there. And I was Amazed. Everyone was so nice . I saw Sidney Lowe PAC. she was very thorough and she took her time to explain and answer questions !! I felt comfortable and well taken care of !!!

26 Aug 26. This past weekend I had a medical problem. I remembered Dr. Ros now has an on call evening/weekend program. I called, receptionist contacted PA on call and he was connected on the same line within a couple of minutes. I didn’t have to wait for a callback that often happens with some practices. Sometimes no return call at all. He advised how to handle it and I felt much better and calmer with his explanation. On Monday, their office called to see how I was doing. They set up an appointment for exam to be sure problem was taken care of correctly. It was very reassuring to know I was thought of and called to follow up. It is a very good medical practice and I’ve been going there for about 12 yrs now. (Former review) I have reviewed this medical practice several times and I have something to add. Aside from being extremely happy being treated by Dr. J Ros, his PA’s are great too. The whole staff is very knowledgeable, they are patient, explain anything you want to know about your health. If they cannot successfully treat a condition you have, they never hesitate to refer you to someone they believe would assist you better. . They are very reassuring and I leave there feeling satisfied with the outcome. It’s been 10 yrs now and it’s the one medical practice I would not leave!

From check-in to MA Jonice to Dr. Pamfilis to the lab, I do t know when I was treated more respectfully. Each person saw me and listened. Answered questions. Allayed my fears or concerns. Feel blessed to have them watching out for my care. Thank you!

Dr. Ros really takes time to listen carefully, making me feel heard rather than rushed. I have several conditions, and he addresses each concern with the same level of attention. I feel compassion in his guidance. He listens and answers every question and then makes sure you understand his answers. Sydney Lowe is very knowledgeable and personable. Always takes me seriously and investigates symptoms thoroughly. I can talk to her about anything without feeling like I'm being judged. She found what no other doctor was willing to test for. Hands down the best care I've ever received
