Unprofessional, intimidating, and dismissive care I had three visits with Dr. Meyer, and each was consistently unprofessional. He was intimidating and refused to let me ask questions, demanding only "yes" or "no" answers. He became visibly irritated when I tried to explain my symptoms or requested clearer explanations due to a language barrier. During a punctal plug procedure, he applied drops without warning, and at a follow-up, he removed a plug without consulting me first. I felt pressured by his aggressive push to "upgrade" to eye surgery, which felt more like a focus on financial gain than my medical needs. He concluded the appointment with an inappropriate religious gesture that felt out of place in a medical setting. I felt unsafe, disrespected, and poorly cared for throughout my time there. I would not recommend this office.

Dr Weindeist is nice and kind

Terrible. I’d give zero stars if I could. Contact specialist does not respond to emails which is the only way to contact her. I’ve sent 5 emails over the last 2 months to update her on my progress (and by progress I mean I’m only in the second trial since I started) and no response. I’m still in the same contacts we started with which are not exactly where I want to be. Calling the office to find out what was going on…no follow up. I had to get my vision insurance provider involved so I could start over elsewhere. I wish I had read the reviews before I started. Do NOT recommend.
