At my follow-up, he removed a plug without consulting me and grew annoyed when I asked for clearer explanations due to my language barrier. I felt pressured by his aggressive push for me to 'upgrade' to eye surgery, which came across as a focus on financial gain rather than my actual medical needs. He ended the appointment with a dismissive religious gesture that felt highly inappropriate in a medical setting. I felt unsafe, disrespected, and poorly cared for. I strongly advise against supporting this business.
