Despite the fact that Dr. Meyer is the owner, complaining to staff feels futile as they simply go through the motions without addressing his behavior. Across three visits, Dr. Meyer was consistently unprofessional and intimidating. He refused to let me ask questions, demanding only 'yes' or 'no' answers, and became visibly irritated when I tried to explain my symptoms. During a punctal plug procedure, he applied drops directly into my eyes without warning. At my follow-up, he removed a plug without consulting me and grew annoyed when I asked for clearer explanations due to my language barrier. I felt pressured by his aggressive push for me to 'upgrade' to eye surgery, which came across as a focus on financial gain rather than my actual medical needs. He ended the appointment with a dismissive religious gesture that felt highly inappropriate in a medical setting. I felt unsafe, disrespected, and poorly cared for. I strongly advise against supporting this business.
