I love Dr. Kuennan and Dr. Grainger. I had been with them since 1997. I even used them for my baby doctors. Amazing they were. Then they grew and changed. No more customer or patient care or help. I had hurt my foot/ ankle, Dr. Kuennan had me use a wrap to brace it. He came in and opened this box and put on a Velcro little stretchy material wrap around my foot and ankle. Nothing hard, nothing special made. The EXACT brace was at CVS for under $20.00. I did not expect this....I got a bill for over $220.00 for the actual little wrap. Not the vist, the wrap. And it was not covered by insurance. I called my insurance, they said the doctor's office put it in as a tailored brace like it was made and form fitted for me. So they refused to pay. I tried talking to the doctors office, they only referred me to insurance. I even tried explaining to them that I'd like to tell Dr. Kuennan so he could fix this. Literally, this had to be some scam. Nobody would return my calls or even tried to fix it. I gave up. I stopped using them completely and would never refer them again due to their lack of care however over billing for us customers. I Found a wonderful doctor that listens and provides help when I need it. Dr. Serafini in Blue Springs. No crazy ridiculous charges that don't make sense. It's been several years now. So far, so good

Won't be coming back,. In fact, I've found a new Doctor moving forward. Wild that someone like Granger talks to patients like he does, especially when we pay for service.

I’ve been a patient at this facility for roughly 5–6 years, and unfortunately my experiences have consistently declined. I’m frequently asked to arrive 15 minutes early or complete check-in ahead of time to avoid delays — which I always do — yet more often than not, I end up waiting 45 minutes or longer past my scheduled appointment time just to be taken back, followed by an additional 20–30 minutes before seeing the doctor. Today was the final straw. I waited 2 hours and 7 minutes past my appointment time, only to receive 49 seconds of actual time with the doctor. While the wait times are an issue, my biggest concern is the practice’s approach to care. In my experience, the focus seems to be on identifying every possible test my insurance might cover based on my conditions, even when I already have specialists managing those issues. What should have been a simple prescription-refill appointment — one that truly required less than a minute — turned into repeated pressure to complete multiple “overdue” tests. Tests that are managed regularly and timely with my other team of doctors. Had I agreed to everything they pushed, I likely would have been there even longer. I declined the additional testing, but it’s clear that many patients before me did not — which likely contributed to the excessive delays. Overall, this facility feels over-booked, profit-driven, and impersonal. It’s extremely difficult to see the same doctor consistently, and the patient experience has become increasingly frustrating. I can no longer recommend this practice to anyone seeking reliable, patient-centered care.

Dr Kennon and his nurse Victoria make an great team. They are compassionate and listen carefully. They genuinely care about you as a person, not just as a patient. I'm definitely switching to him as my new doctor.
