Clay Platte Family Medicine Clinic

This is a rating for front desk. We went in at approximately 8:10 am today. March 2. My husband has an issue with his ankle/foot and can’t walk. We ask if anyone could see us today? Not our primary physician but anyone. And the answer was Nope. When I said I thought you had the walk in policy and again Nope. I ask again there is no one that can get him in for just an X-ray to see if there is a break. And again Nope we are full. I do t have this rude individuals name as of yet. But I will report her to Dr Thomas Kelly for her lack of empathy towards the clients. We have been going to this clinic for a long time and she is not one that needs to be seeing patients. Nope is her word for vocabulary usage. She is limited to her abilities

Megan Campbell is the worst. $900+ in extra specialist visits because of her. AVOID!

Whent in for a appointment first time to establish care. Waited over a hour name never called. Heard close to 50 others be called back for various DRs. When asking the receptionist about how much longer was meet with a very rude ton and told "we don't know they are kind of behind today". Waiting room cleared out at least 3 different times while we waited.

Would give 0 stars. DO NOT GO HERE. They will bill you for answering their simple questions! Legit have been billed for simple answers when asked! Horrible wait times. Be prepared to just take most of the day off of work. A 5-10 minute with the doctor is going to take you at least 2 hours!! When you go in collections and have trouble filling your prescriptions you’ll be dismissed by Dr. Bollinger even after paying your full collections bill!!! I was told to pay my full bill to be seen for my medicine. I paid my full collections bill. Made the appointment, called for a sooner appointment if available only to be told she is dismissing me. I call and speak to the Supervisor regarding this today and she said that Bollinger put in notes that there is no trust in the doctor/patient relationship anymore and that is why. She also told me that because of this I can’t be seen by anyone at Clay Platte, but 3 other locations affiliated with them as well. I was a patient here for about 5 years. I also want to add. These were my mental health medications. I just got the dismissal letter stating to contact my insurance provider to find care because they are concerned about my health since my conditions may require monitoring. Which is really funny to me because this place absolutely doesn’t care. They got what they cared for though, money.
