The Staff is absolutely amazing, I actually called the wrong place looking for an eye specialist that took my insurance for my husband and charity was so nice and stayed on the phone with me researching for me and helping me find where I could go that took my insurance which she did, I am so grateful for charity being so sweet and thoughtful and taking time to help someone that wasn’t even a patient there, if there were more people like charity This world would be amazing. Thanks charity for all of your help
Very efficient processes to enable effective treatment of a large volume of patients in a timely manner. Entire team is friendly and kind. New office site is awesome—could use a bench or two near the entrance for folks awaiting their ride 👌
I’ve been followed /treated by Chesapeake Retina Center for over fifteen years. It is a very busy practice, but the staff are professional, organized and helpful and I have a great deal of trust in Dr. Choi. He does an excellent job explaining what the scans are showing and any changes taking place with my vision, as well as carefully going over any procedures that might be needed. Prior to moving close to Prince Frederick, I had equally good care from Dr. Ahmed in the Waldorf office. I highly recommend this practice.
