Charleston Cornea & Refractive Surgery

Dr. O’Day is a constant in the last few decades as I am a Dry Eye patient (Sjogrens/Lupus). He protects my corneas better than I. While you may have to wait, I can testify he will not hurry when he reviews the patient in the chair. He is relentless to get all the data.

Definitely the best in Charleston. My wife had her very successful LASIK done there and they are our regular for the health care of our vision needs. Professional, courteous and well educated and practiced in the best of vision care.

Dr. O Day is an excellent surgeon. He removed a pterigium from my cornea two years ago and helped me resolve an issue with dizziness while driving that was caused by my vision. Several other practices had not been able to resolve the issue. He performed cataract surgery two days ago and it was a smooth process with excellent results. I’ll have the other eye done next week. Also, the practice provides top of the line diagnostic equipment (so many precise measurements!) and there is great attention to detail.

Everything I can say about Charleston Cornea & Refractive Surgery. is nothing but good. Dr O'Day is one of the best and most attentive Doctors in the medical field I have ever encountered. I trust him 110%.

It was great! There was a bit of a wait but the technicians performed several tests as did Dr O'Day. I have been seeing a dry eye specialist for years but no one has ever given me these tests which detected the type of dry eye condition that I have. He explained it thoroughly which I really appreciated. After a few days I really noticed a difference!

Unlike other Doctors that I sought opinions from, Dr. O’Day didn’t try to upsell me lenses that would be useless for me. During my exam for cataracts he told me the basic lens was the only one that would do me any good because of a previous macular hole surgery. He didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. Had the surgery and my sight is great. I found him and his staff to be kind caring and friendly. I highly recommend Dr.O’Day

The worst physician EVER. Did my LASIK eye surgery and my vision is worse then man before and now my right cornea is loose and I have to see a cornea specialist because of Dr. O’Day. He needs to be reported to the medical board.
