WE got charged 50.00 on our credit card for an appointment we never made or went to. Be VERY CAREFUL with your credit information here!!!! WE did not make an appointment for January, and last week I get a charge for 50.00. I call and this location doesn't handle billing and can't tell me why I was charged. I called the billing department and they cant tell me either but could only transfer me to a voicemail. I can't tell how upset I am that they have frauded me and nobody can tell me what happened or why I was charged. NO supervisor available to figure out how or why I was charged and nobody to reverse it. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT INFO THEY WILL RUN IT WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION!!!

All staff I dealt with were friendly and efficient. Wait times were reasonable. Even though they were very busy, never felt rushed with the doctors. Recent cataract surgery has restored my vision and eliminated need for glasses and brought back true colors.

I just completed my annual eye exam with Dr. Tadros. I cannot say enough good things about her care and demeanor. I highly recommend her. The ancillary staff are also excellent.

I had severe cataracts that needed to be removed and eyesight restored. I was scared to have the procedure done. But every last person at the Temecula CEP office was kind and reassuring. Dr. Burns was my surgeon and I'm so grateful for the excellent results I have (20/20 vision now).

Every doctor I've seen there has been very professional & friendly. Especially Dr. Lee. Always takes the time to explain everything & always wanting to make sure I understand.

This is for the Temecula office. There were too many eye appointments and they were too slow to fill out my DMV form. Could have been filled out on my May appointments instead of making me come back in July.

Dr Mcyntire was the most thorough doctor of optometry I have seen.

Very professional care and it is run very well, even though busy. There is a bit of wait but it is always a personal care feeling.
