Dr. Gallagher is a excellent Dr. I was so impressed how he treats the staff with respect. He says please and thank you to each one of them. He is just as respectful to patients also. This is my 3 mins surgery on my face. You can not even see a scar. I highly recommend Dr Gallagher!
