had my appointment cancelled three times in a row with no reason given. when rebooking, the soonest available appointments were three to eight months in the future, so it's been over a year since I've been able to see someone. this most recent time I was scheduled in Lafayette, even though I've never been to that location. when I showed up to the Boulder office, I was told I should definitely go try to make the appointment, and that they would call ahead and let them know. when I arrived five minutes after the fifteen minute grace period, I was told I would have to re-schedule. All of this was after I was essentially told that I should try harder with the generic medication they are giving me, which doesn't really work & has higher (albiet small) increase of cancer risk, after using my initial medication for years with absolutely perfect results. I'm done trying.

Dr. Gallagher is thoughtful, considerate and very professional. I was very comfortable during my annual visit, and I valued his recommendations for my future skin care. .

I have seen Dr Zanot twice for a full body check for skin cancer and a third time when she removed a Basil Cell Carcinoma from my forearm. I liked her very much much and I highly recommend her. She is very caring, concerned, and professional. I saw her at the Boulder Valley CTR for Dermatology at the Boulder and Lafayette offices.

PA willingly and efficiently answered questions, checked to be sure I was using medications correctly, and renewed prescriptions.

Staff are friendly, helpful and do their best to ensure a smooth visit. Dr. Zanot is super! She’s extremely knowledgeable, makes you feel heard and is personable.
