Dr. Robert Bloom performed surgery for both of my son's eyes. He did an excellent job and was very professional & caring. His staff is friendly and helpful as well at both the St. Marys, Ohio office & the surgery center in Moraine. He does a nice job explaining the procedure and answering any questions you have. You can tell he's done this for quite some time and is very experienced in his field. The only negative thing I have to say is their St. Marys location can have long wait times. From what I understand, the staff only comes to this location once a month; there's been a crowd in the waiting area for 2 out of the 4 appointments we were scheduled for. Having said that, our previous appointment with them went quickly - I'm guessing because it was an early morning appointment. Today my son's checkup was scheduled for 11:10AM, but we didn't get called back until noon or so. I was notified today that the staff does come to St. Marys more often in the summer time when the kids are out of school. Perhaps this will help with the long waits and crowds. I'm sure they do everything they can to keep things running smoothly. But just keep this in the back of your mind if you're scheduled with them.

Amazing doctor and amazing nurses

LOVE DR. BLOOM, but the wait time is horrific! Always have to wait an hour to TWO HOURS AFTER SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME to be seen!!
