My husband and I recently went to the acclaimed Bloom Aesthetics and Wellness for these three medical aesthetic procedures. Their equipments are clearly cutting edge. Here's our honest review. * Emsculpt Neo to target the abdominal area. The 30 minute session delivered the impact of roughly 20,000 sit ups worth of muscle contractions all while lying down. The treatment felt a little strange at first, like intense pulses, but it wasn't painful. We felt a little sore after but there was no down time. * Emface which is a non-invasive facial treatment which uses a combination of two advanced technologies namely ST (synchronized radio frequency) and HIFES (high intensity facial electromagnetic stimulation ) to lift, tone and smooth the face, forehead and jawline without needles. The session took 30 minutes and it started out with a warm sensation with light muscle contractions. There was a little discomfort but I wouldn't call it pain. Did I mention that they are one of 30 clinics in the world (!) who have this state of the art machine? * Emsella is a non-invasive treatment designed to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles and therefore, reduces urinary frequency and incontinence and even improve sexual wellness. It uses HIFEM (high intensity focused electromagnetic) energy to stimulate deep pelvic floor muscles - similar to how Emsculpt stimulates the muscles. You sit fully clothed on the Emsella chair which looks like a toilet seat. You feel intense tingling and muscle contractions but no pain. Each 30 minute session produces the equivalent of 11,000 Kegel exercises which is beyond what can be achieved voluntarily. Conclusions: All these three treatments exceeded our expectations. We noticed a lifted and more refreshed look through the Emface, a stronger and tighter core through the Emsculpt Neo and an improvement of urinary function through the Emsella even with just one treatment. The office was very clean and relaxing. The biggest asset of Bloom Aesthetics and Wellness is the combined extraordinary expertise of Dr Ros (a well respected clinician who's had his practice in Jacksonville since 2002) and Mitzi ( a seasoned registered nurse and aesthetician). They explained everything clearly and were both very patient in answering our questions (and we had a LOT!). Would we do these treatments again? Absolutely!
