Disappointed with clinic. I called because I was having extreme back pain that makes it painful for me to walk or put any extension on it (mind you I've only been to the doctor like twice in the last two years) The triage nurse initial gives me attitude I guess for not being seen in a long time, I can't tell if she assumed I wanted some kind of large pain prescription or who knows. They call me back stating I have to come in yet they don't have any appointments for at least the next couple of days. Basically shunned me. I'm literally immobile at the moment. Was not really happy with that level of service and it's no wonder guys are so hesitant to call their doctor when something is wrong. I'll be finding a new PCP

I never use to go to the doctors. They always made me feel bad like I was wasting their time. I finally found someone who is welcoming and so easy to talk to here. Everything has just been amazing. Even getting blood work done was so simple and quick. This place is by far the best experience I've had.

Their medical providers are excellent. Rebecca Poage is the best Primary Care Provider I have ever had. The reason I gave them a one star review is because their support staff is incompetent. 11 of the last 12 times I needed labs they have not gotten them to the lab correctly. Today I complained to the office manager and she did not care. She kept cutting me off and was very rude. If Rebecca was not such a rock star, I would find a different practice for my primary care…

Most of the doctors are great! I have pretty much seen them all but the frustrating part is they do have have same day appointments often for sick appointments. It forces you to go to an urgent care or video/phone appointment with a provider who does not know you or are really checking you over. I feel like since they combined with Clay Plate Family medicine the overall care has went down. We are all just numbers to them. I will be looking for a new doctor this summer.
