Was a reoccurring patient at this facility and ultimately liked my doctor, Emily Lott. I became pregnant and hadn’t made an appt in a little over a year (few months after giving birth). Called to get back on schedule and was told I was considered a new patient because I hadn’t been there in over a year and they weren’t excepting new patients. Same message my husband got - he only schedules for two year physicals. Eventually, I saw they brought on a new doctor. So I called and got on the schedule since I no longer had a primary physician. Completely forgot about one appt, cancelled my reschedule. COMPELTELY on me and I apologized. Very busy unexpected life events. I waited a few months when life slowed down and per cancellation policy, I can no longer be seen at this facility. WOW. This office is very unforgiving. I totally get they have priorities too and my part in this - but for being pregnant and two cancellations? Seems they are more money driven than caring about patients health. Heck, I would have even taken a cancellation charge over being left without a doctor that I’ve been seeing FOR YEARS prior on a regular basis with no cancellations.
