Great office for a long time, but they appear to be under new management.<br><br>They started canceling appointments. At point I had three straight cancelled at the last minute. Make you then jump through hoops to get refills on prescriptions without seeing a doctor.<br><br>Billing is a mess. Staff will tell you that you can pay on your next visit, but if one of those cancelations takes you past 90 days they will then tell you they cannot reschedule until you make a payment.<br><br>Last straw for me was when the quality of care took a hit.<br><br>Keeping them at 2 stars instead of 1 because the front-line staff are very friendly and mostly helpful.

Dr. Kelley seems like a good doctor, he sent me to physical therapy, and I had a very bad experience with one of the therapists. So I reached out to dr. Kelley s office about recommending me to a different physical therapy group. Never heard back from them. Well he got my money for the visit. Life is to short, find a medical facility that cares about YOU! I would not recommend there services

Dr. Emily Lott did a fantastic job. Very professional and thorough. Very caring. I would highly recommend her and Barry Pointe Family Care.

Dr Thomas Kelly has been a very thorough General Practitioner for all of my various medical issues. He has been very responsive with my various treatments.

I have called to see her for illness three times and was told she had no appointments for at least three weeks. Then they said they could set me up with a nurse practitioner and she was rude wouldn’t address one of the reasons I was there rushed me and then didn’t send the prescription in for the medicine she was giving me. She’s hateful. I’ve been seeing Dr Brose for years and I’m thinking of leaving she has too many patients and not enough time to see the ones she has. Also she recommended a cardiac scoring test I did it said I was at high risk for a cardiac event they were suppose to set up’s referral to a cardiologist and never did I called my insurance and they helped me with it I could of died waiting on her. Come to find out I had a heart attack at some point.

Dr. Camejo listened to my concerns. She is very professional and I feel my healthcare is excellent. She doesn’t rush you out the door.

Dr. Kelley spent so much time arranging medicine therapy and xrays right next door. Then he had me return to look at the xrays and make a plan of action. Knowing there's a plan to return to my long walks is a relief!

Rebecca is friendly, listens carefully and asks questions and she genuinely cares for her patients. Very impressed with her.

From our very first visit, Rebecca has been very thorough and proactive. She takes time to answer questions and is responsive between visits on the portal when I have questions.
