Was a reoccurring patient at this facility and ultimately liked my doctor, Emily Lott. I became pregnant and hadn’t made an appt in a little over a year (few months after giving birth). Called to get back on schedule and was told I was considered a new patient because I hadn’t been there in over a year and they weren’t excepting new patients. Same message my husband got - he only schedules for two year physicals. Eventually, I saw they brought on a new doctor. So I called and got on the schedule since I no longer had a primary physician. Completely forgot about one appt, cancelled my reschedule. COMPELTELY on me and I apologized. Very busy unexpected life events. I waited a few months when life slowed down and per cancellation policy, I can no longer be seen at this facility. WOW. This office is very unforgiving. I totally get they have priorities too and my part in this - but for being pregnant and two cancellations? Seems they are more money driven than caring about patients health. Heck, I would have even taken a cancellation charge over being left without a doctor that I’ve been seeing FOR YEARS prior on a regular basis with no cancellations.

Dr Camejo listens to what you are saying. She answers all your questions. Very up to date on new medications and procedures. She is very intelligent and kind.

I am disappointed in this doctor. I was there recently, and he was smoke and mirrors. He claims he partners with his patients, but if you disagree with his treatment, he threatens to drop you.

Dr Kelley's front office scheduled my labs at the wrong location. Took over an hour for them to send the orders to the correct place... in the same building. Spoke with the office manager about the negative experience. Recieved letter that they were dropping me as a patient about a week later. I was dropped mid treatment and have to start over with a new physician. I have requested my medical records 3weeks ago now. Nothing. I wonder if it's Dr. Kelley or his front office that are making these unethical and unprofessional decisions?

Had been hospitalized and saw Dr Kelley after discharge. He caught a serious problem with a medication that had been prescribed at the hospital. This is Dr Kelley. He’s very knowledgeable and always acts in the patient’s best interest! Over 20 years as his patient.

I have called to see her for illness three times and was told she had no appointments for at least three weeks. Then they said they could set me up with a nurse practitioner and she was rude wouldn’t address one of the reasons I was there rushed me and then didn’t send the prescription in for the medicine she was giving me. She’s hateful. I’ve been seeing Dr Brose for years and I’m thinking of leaving she has too many patients and not enough time to see the ones she has. Also she recommended a cardiac scoring test I did it said I was at high risk for a cardiac event they were suppose to set up’s referral to a cardiologist and never did I called my insurance and they helped me with it I could of died waiting on her. Come to find out I had a heart attack at some point.
