I had the best experience with Dr. Weinfeld and his staff. I have never been able to breathe well through my nose and it got significantly worse after breaking my nose 2 years ago. I woke up multiple times per night with dry mouth and never felt rested. I asked Dr. Weinfeld if he could improve my breathing without substantially changing my appearance. He walked me through everything he could do and showed me a rendering of how my nose's appearance would change if he made my breathing as good as possible. The day of surgery was much less stressful than expected. His staff really put me at ease. I woke up from surgery in zero pain and my pain levels over the next week were easily managed with medication. I got the splint off after a week and didn't need to take anything for pain after that. I'm now 5 weeks post-op and all bruising is gone and I have only minor swelling in the tip of my nose. My breathing is amazing! I can finally sleep through the night breathing only through my nose and wake well-rested. I can also do moderate exercise while breathing only through my nose, which was impossible before. I feel like a new person thanks to Dr. Weinfeld and wish I would have had a rhinoplasty sooner. I cannot recommend Dr. Weinfeld and his team enough.

I had a septorhinoplasty with Dr. Adam Weinfeld, including a revision after a previous surgery elsewhere left me unable to breathe properly. I was also born with a cleft lip, so my case involved significant asymmetry and was more complex than a typical rhinoplasty. After my first surgery with Dr. Weinfeld, I was finally able to breathe through my nose again. Cosmetically, we ultimately did a second procedure to further refine the appearance. Looking back, I appreciate that complex reconstructive and revision cases don’t always achieve every goal in a single surgery. Throughout the process, Dr. Weinfeld listened to my concerns, was honest about what was realistically achievable, and worked with me to create a result that feels natural and fits my face. It’s now been over a year since my final surgery, and I’m very happy with both the functional and cosmetic outcome. Being able to breathe normally again has greatly improved my quality of life, and I feel much more confident with the appearance of my nose. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would gladly recommend Dr. Weinfeld to anyone needing a complex functional or revision rhinoplasty. Dr. Reis is truly a talented plastic surgeon!! I was planning on scheduling one more consultation which would have given me three surgeons to choose from. However, once I met with Dr. Reis, I knew he was the doctor for me. He delivered more than expected and I am so glad I listened to him. I recommend him and his staff to anyone looking for a surgeon.

I had multiple TERRIBLE results from Austin Plastic Surgeon for my breast lift and augmentation. I went through the consultations and the prep and felt like we (myself and the surgeon) were on the same page. I came out of a lift and augmentation with large floppy beasts, so unbelievably far from the plan we had put in place that the surgeon easily agreed they were nowhere near what we had talked about and offered a FREE revision! I agreed, because no way would this renowned surgeon get it wrong twice... right?? Well im here to say, yes, in fact, he got it incredibly wrong... again. He told me over the muscle was better, and no lift was needed, and then he went almost 100 cc's OVER what we agreed upon (in writing). Once again, I have large, floppy, breasts. So now ive paid a lot of money, went through 2 surgeries in less than a year, to once again need bras and tops that scoop up saggy boobs after less than a year post op. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!!!!

I want to share my experience so other patients, especially transgender patients and domestic violence survivors, can make informed decisions. After my nose was broken in an abusive incident, I contacted Dr. Weinfeld’s office for a revision consultation. The first nurse was kind and said they could get me in quickly. When my financial situation improved a couple weeks later, I reached out again and explained the urgency.Another nurse then reviewed my message and told me they no longer wanted to take me on as a patient. This was very distressing, especially as someone reaching out for help after trauma. When I called to clarify, I received scripted, dismissive responses and no willingness to reconsider.I’m posting this so others know how the staff handled my situation. If you need supportive or compassionate care during a vulnerable time, please take my experience into account.

Dr. Reis and his staff are top notch. He explained the procedure very well and answered my many questions about short and long term recovery. I am three years out with little to no pain. I was experiencing debilitating daily migraines. The migraines would wake me up at night. I absolutely trust Dr. Reis with this procedure. His staff was easily reached by email and they responded quickly to questions.

I had the Preservé preservation breast augmentation performed on August 22, 2025. I was looking for upper pole fullness and just more cleavage, in general, as I had some volume on the lower portion of my breasts but nothing at the top. This procedure was exactly what I needed, and I couldn’t be happier. The entire team treated me with the utmost care. I was a little worried about doing this under twilight anesthesia, but it was entirely comfortable, and my recovery was so much smoother for it. I feel like I could have been at dinner that same night if someone had invited me to go out. Overall, recovery was so smooth. I was back at work that next Monday (procedure as on Friday) and had no issues! I went with 315 CCs and couldn’t be happier with the results. I went from nothing to great cleavage that is perfect for my frame, and I couldn’t have made this journey without the assistance and care offered by the whole team.
