Shout out to JENNY in the business office!! Kind, patient and (calming 😉) Jenny thoroughly explained why VSP does not cover the cost of the topography exam, as it is coded as a medical exam (not visual) and Dr. Ryan Fedor for his prompt phone call response! I appreciated Dr. Fedor's time and kindness with answering my questions. My experience at the Lino Lakes location, with the Ophthalmologist Assistant/Technician was not pleasant, since the majority of the 2 hours is spent with her and just a few minutes with Dr Fedor, I will choose differently next year.

Have used DR Downie for years and now had cataract surgery, his staff made me feel comfortable and were caring.
