It was an excellent work done in less than no time. The staff were exceptionally professional.from the moment i got there till Dr Schwartz got my cataract surgery done. They made me feel very welcome. When i was leaving , the nurse brought my jacket and did not hand it over to me but held it for me to put my hands in making sure i am alert, before she held my hand and walk me to the car. This is EXCELLENCE.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced from the guy at the frames n lenses department in Hudson office!

I love how well we were treated - from check-in to refracting to Doctor visit to picking out our glasses. My husband and I had back to back exams. We drove from Chippewa Falls for our appointments and were delighted to have the camera option to check our eye health. No diluted eyes to blur our trip back home.
