Although a wait, which seems standard in most physician offices, the staff at Arizona Desert ENT was thorough, friendly, and Dr. Charous was focused, present and knowledgable. He gave me a clear plan of action for my healing and was going to engage with my insurance company to help facilitate the procedures I needed. That is above and beyond what I typically experience and I would recommend Dr Charous and his team.

$400 after waiting an hour for a 10 minute consult for multiple issues: 10+ years of bloody noses, chronic clogging, some deviation and a recent sore and was just told to use a neti pot. Total rip off. Dr was a nice guy but $400 for that was just so ridiculous.
