Excellent!! Dr. Charous and his staff were incredibly efficient, amazing with my nervous teen and compassionate listening to our concerns. It was so helpful that their office is set up with state of the art equipment to perform CT scan and scope of sinuses in office. I highly recommend Dr. Charous and Desert ENT.
My husband went in for an ear issue as our primary prescribed two antibiotics for an ear infection without resolve. He was seen within a week and discovered the issue was allergy related. The staff was very kind and all providers were amazing at helping to resolve the issue and discomfort.
