Wish I was able to give negative stars. I am not even a patient of theirs but I have called multiple times over many days trying to make an appointment and the Oriental lady who answers the phone. If she's not able to hear one syllable of what you're saying she will hang up on you. She's very rude and she does not feel that they take your insurance even though I have verified with multiple people that they do she does not allow you to make an appointment. I have called and voiced my concerns with any lack of empathy I will never come to this location or this facility nor will I refer anyone to it you all should be ashamed if that's how you treat somebody who has an health issues. 🤬

Dr Watson was very thorough on her testing and evaluation of my ear loss injury and am truly grateful that I chose to be taken care of by them.

The office staff isn’t helpful. My daughter was seen and we were told she needed tubes. Which we expected. We were told we’d hear from someone to schedule her surgery within 24 hours. After 48 hours I hadn’t heard anything, I called, left a voicemail. Finally got a callback, they told me they hadn’t run our insurance to know the amount that would need to be paid however that it should be roughly $1900.00 the day of her surgery. They then say “we can email the hospital or surgery center to find out the exact cost if you wish for us to do so?” I said yes, took 3 days before I heard back on this. Which in the midst we had scheduled the appointment and I just called the hospital themself to figure out the exact cost. In the meantime of finding out the cost I learn that the appointment we scheduled wasn’t showing in the hospitals system. I had to call the ENT office again and see why the hospital didn’t have our daughter’s surgery appointment scheduled this was left via voicemail. I didn’t get a call back however I then magically I get a text telling me the our daughter’s surgery is scheduled to please fill out paperwork. Surgery happens. Hospital staff was good. Doctor was understanding and answered what we needed answered. The day after her surgery, we got two phone calls, one to schedule her post op and one to see how she was doing. I called back to schedule her post op and the front office receptionist put me on hold 5 different times. I had to repeat my daughter’s DOB and surgery date 4 different times. She told me she couldn’t schedule me that an MA had to schedule me so they’d call me to schedule, I refused to allow this as there should be no reason the receptionist shouldn’t be able to schedule our daughter for her post op check up. We get this scheduled finally, I then get a text on Christmas Day to ask to confirm but I notice that the appointment isn’t at the office she’s been going too. Therefore I call on the 26th and ask to reschedule cause I didn’t want to drive 35 minutes for her appointment. Come to find out the Goodyear Location is currently closed due to moving. No one mentioned this information when I called the first time to schedule her appointment. Frustrating to say the least. I also wasn’t told all the post op instructions properly. I had to ask for how long our daughter would need to need stay out of water submerging, then the surgery scheduler wanted to argue that she told me the amount time, I wouldn’t have asked if I was told. I asked for the post op instructions 3 different occasions. Also their flyer doesn’t even mention the amount of you keep yourself from submerging in water for, which if you tell me the information it should also be in the flyer that they mind you hand out 3 to 5 times before and after surgery. Overall the office staff is terrible. They don’t know what they should about insurance either which is frustrating especially on a parent that is planning a surgery for their 2 year old daughter is already worried / stressed enough. I don’t recommend them solely for their office staff. I will also be telling our pediatrician’s office to not refer their patients for this office.
