Update: My husband went to his F/U appointment yesterday with Dr. Charous and left extremely upset. After waiting for about an hour after his appointment time, the doctor rushed in and without explaining what he was about to do just started aggressively suctioning his nose and scolding my husband for sneezing. From the very beginning my husband wasn’t fond with this doctor and now he will refuse to do another follow up with him. After reading multiple reviews on him, I don’t understand why he’s still seeing patients. My husband had his surgery today, and I want to express my deepest gratitude to Amy and Delayna they went above and beyond to ensure that everything was in order before and after his surgery.

Ryan is a wonderful Dr he always takes his time and genuinely cares for my children who have had nothing but issues with their ears and tonsils. They are always quick to get us in if a emergency appointment is needed and if there is no appointments available, they will always call in eardrops while we wait a couple days for an appointment so we don’t have to wait hours at the urgent care.

This is the worst clinic and care about money. Only two doctors accept AHCCCS and not all which is discrimination to patient with low income. This makes me feel bad and feel sorry to my community.

My wife had serious sinus issues and Dr Charous is one of our clients. He asked to see her and take a look at her issues. He has always been very professional and really made my wife feel at ease with the issues. They did a great job and she is breathing so much better since they did her procedure. Thanks again and I am finally sleeping again since she quit snoring. LOL. Thanks again.
