From the very moment I met Dr. Canales, he exuded a confident, kind, and lighthearted energy that instantly made me feel safe and completely confident in my decision to trust him with my very first cosmetic surgery. When I initially spoke with his team, I explained that I was hoping to schedule my procedure during a very specific week so it would align with the time I had off while my son was away. Although the exact date I wanted was not initially available (which honestly speaks to how talented and in-demand he is), his office called me back within just a few days of booking and was able to move my surgery to my requested date. That level of care and effort meant so much to me. Surgery day arrived three days ago, and as someone who struggles with anxiety, I was naturally very nervous about going under anesthesia and having the procedure done. From the moment I walked in to the moment I drifted off to sleep on the operating table, Dr. Canales and his entire team made me feel incredibly safe, supported, and cared for. Over the last 72 hours, I’ve had a handful of worries and questions come up during recovery, and Dr. Canales has been absolutely amazing — responding promptly on his personal line and even following up to check on how I was doing. That level of professionalism, bedside manner, expertise, and genuine care is truly rare. I am beyond grateful for this entire experience and cannot recommend Plastic Surgery Associates highly enough. A huge shoutout as well to Olivia, who has equally been such an important part of making this entire process smooth and stress-free. She has been so kind, responsive, and reassuring every step of the way, and never once made me feel like a burden with all of my questions, changes, or needs leading up to and following surgery. One million stars for this incredible team!

Service was great. Their team were very knowledgeable and caring before during and after my procedure. They made sure I was alright through the whole process and answered all questions I had. Dr Furnas did an amazing job with my procedure, I love my results. I would recommend checking them out.

I had breast augmentation. My breasts are BEAUTIFUL! I'd post pics on every site of them I am that proud of them. I'm 67 years old with 20 yr old perfect breasts. I had my first surgery with her when i was 45. I wish i would have done this after my daughter was born when i was 28. Just touched them up 2 yrs ago to ensure they will stay beautiful for the rest of my life. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Furnas!The staff is amazing also. Very kind and compassionate. I recently had CO2 laser resurfacing along with an upper bleph. Dr Canalas & his team were warm, attentive & highly professional. Dr Canalas & the team explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable & handled the procedure with exceptional skill. I am grateful for Dr Canalas' expertise & artistry. I recommend this practice to anyone wanting to improve their image.
