I had such an amazing experience at Cosmoplastic Surgery with Dr. Alizadeh! From start to finish, the entire team made me feel comfortable, informed, and truly cared for. I’m 29, and I think there’s sometimes a misconception that you have to wait until you’re older to start treatments—but that’s definitely not the case. It was really important to me to go somewhere that focuses on natural, preventative results, and this was exactly that. Dr. Kaveh Alizadeh did my spot treatments with TRL, and I couldn’t be happier. I had about 6 beauty marks on my face that I had my whole life that I was always insecure about. I never even knew it was an option to laser them off until I met Dr. A. With the TRL he hit all 6 and now there is smooth and fresh skin where there were beauty marks my whole life. There’s no trace of the beauty marks anymore. This changed my confidence ! I also saw Annika for my BBL treatment, and she was amazing. She made the whole experience comfortable and easy, and my skin is glowing. She is the perfect person when trying something new - she makes you feel so comfortable and her confidence gave me so much trust. I’m so happy that the results lived up to the hype - it looks natural and refreshed - exactly what I wanted with minimal down time! The office is beautiful, professional, and welcoming—everything feels very high-end while still being approachable. Working with Dr. Alizadeh has been phenomenal. The experience of working with the ladies at the front desk, the care coordinators, and the nurses has been amazing. I came in with some botched results from having done a deep plane facelift with another surgeon, and I felt very scared and traumatized. Dr. Alizadeh and his staff practically held my hands through it all. He was very patient and empathetic. He really took his time to listen to my concerns and needs. Everything was clearly explained to me every step of the way. Dr. Alizadeh and his care coordinator, Jessica, helped me get through a very difficult and scary time. He did an incredible job fixing some of the botched work from the other job. I am extremely happy with the outcome. I look and feel amazing thanks to him.

Annika was extremely patient and professional as she lasered my back for sebbhoreic keratoses. She made sure I was comfortable, and she also did half my back as opposed to the quadrant that I had expected.
