I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic and would not recommend it to others. I underwent liposuction on my flanks and fat transfer to the breasts, spending over $14000 with the expectation—based on what the doctor told me—a flatter tummy and at least a half to full cup increase in breast size—which simply didn’t happen. My belly fat is still there, my breast size looks the same. Despite being very lean (around 46kgs), I was still told I was an ideal candidate before this procedure. I now realize this was misleading. After the surgery when I raised my concerns about the dissatisfactory results, they now tell me that I didn't have enough fat. Why mislead me and perform the surgery in the first place? More troubling is that over a year later, I still experience soreness and numbness in my abdomen and flanks. I’ve raised my concerns with the Dr. Alizadeh, only to be met with disrespect and dismissive responses. At one point, I was even told that if I wasn’t satisfied, I should have performed the surgery on myself—an incredibly unprofessional and unacceptable comment from a medical professional. I truly regret trusting this clinic. In hindsight, I wish the doctor had taken a more honest, ethical approach and guided me toward non-surgical options more appropriate for my body type and goals. I’m sharing this review to help others make more informed decisions and to hopefully prevent anyone else from going through a similar experience. There was zero empathy, zero accountability, and no concern for my health or well-being. Stacey and Deborah are manipulators. This place only cares about money, not patients. They don’t even deserve a one-star rating. Please don’t believe their promises — you will NOT BE IN SAFE HANDS HERE. This experience has caused me lasting physical and emotional pain. I don't feel my tummy anymore. I had to bear a lot of pain. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE.

This office has gone steadily downhill over the past few years. The staff has a high turnover and low retention rate. I was personally burned via laser by this practice. The plastic surgeon has developed a dismissive and arrogant bedside manner. My two cents? Avoid and look elsewhere.

Your public reply may sound polite, but it fails to acknowledge the core problem: your team was made well aware of my concerns and had every opportunity to take care of me—but did not. Dr. Alizadeh dismissed my concerns!. The practice manager’s promise to “take care of me” resulted in no action at all. I am now facing costly revision surgery due to a situation your team could have handled with far more empathy and responsibility.Skip the "NaturaBra" Breast Lift – Deeply Disappointed ⭐ 1 Star Date: April 18, 2025 11 months post-op Before moving forward with Dr. Alizadeh’s "NaturaBra" Breast Lift and fat grafting, I strongly encourage others to do thorough research. I underwent this procedure nearly one year ago with the understanding that it was long-lasting, provided excellent results, and had a 20-year track record. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Shortly after surgery, I noticed a reduction in breast volume. At every post-op visit, I voiced my concerns and asked about the possibility of additional fat grafting. I was consistently told that additional grafting could be done if necessary. However, by my 6-month follow-up, my breasts had significantly deflated to a small B cup—I had originally been a D/DD. I was told to expect a full C cup, which clearly did not happen. When I expressed how unhappy I was with the result, Dr. Alizadeh showed no empathy and responded, “There is nothing I can do.” He then told me I didn’t have enough fat for additional grafting—something he had never mentioned during the previous six months of follow-up visits. To make matters worse, he also commented that the reason my breasts looked small was because my rib cage was protruding. I found this remark to be completely inappropriate and unprofessional. I left that appointment in tears, feeling dismissed and disregarded as a patient. Out of distress, I consulted with several other experienced and compassionate plastic surgeons. Here’s what I learned: Too much breast tissue was removed—comparable to a breast reduction. Fat grafting results are not long-lasting—only 30–50% of the fat survives at best, and additional sessions are often necessary. My nipple-to-breast fold measurement is too long and needs correction. My vertical scars are raised and red, requiring laser treatments. I now need a breast revision surgery to restore size and symmetry. The revision will include: Breast implants to restore volume Galaflex internal bra for support Skin removal from the lower poles for proportion Laser scar treatment I now wear padded bras and feel extremely uncomfortable in my body. This experience has affected me emotionally, physically, and financially—and will require more time away from my business for corrective surgery. I was unfamiliar with fat grafting at the time and trusted Dr. Alizadeh’s reassurance that his technique was different and long-lasting. He did not fully disclose the limitations and risks of fat grafting or the potential complications from a breast lift. When issues arose, he did not take responsibility and showed no interest in helping resolve them. My advice: Get multiple opinions from board-certified plastic surgeons. Ask direct questions like: “What happens if I’m not satisfied?” Be cautious of anyone who promises long-term results without full transparency. This was the most disappointing medical experience I’ve ever had. It’s devastating to feel like a doctor turned his back on me instead of standing by his work. — Christine
