I cannot say enough great things about Barb — she is personable, professional, and truly wonderful to work with. My rating has nothing to do with her. On May 4th, I purchased a package for Emsculpt and Emsculpt NEO. I completed 2 of my sessions, but on May 19th — following the heavy rains — I discovered my home had sustained significant foundation damage with water entering the structure. Faced with an unexpected and serious home emergency, I came in to ask about a refund for the 2 remaining unused Emsculpt sessions. This was not a choice I wanted to make; it was a financial necessity caused by circumstances entirely outside my control. I have to consider mold and water damage in a home with a young 6 year old special needs child. I was not asking for a full refund. I intended to keep my Emsella services and simply needed a partial refund for the 2 sessions I had not yet used. Unfortunately, the refund was denied. I understand that businesses have policies, but I would hope there is room for compassion when a customer experiences a genuine hardship. A little flexibility in situations like this goes a long way in building lasting customer loyalty — and its absence leaves a lasting impression too. I was considering moving my facial treatments here from my current aesthetician, but that will not be happening. Once I’m done with my treatments, I will no longer do business here

I had a phone consultation with Ashley about HRT and perimenopause yesterday, and finally felt like I was being heard and understood. She took the time to listen to all of my symptoms and struggles I’ve been dealing with and gave me great info and hope that I can get through this. I felt that she was listening to me as the one person that I am instead of comparing to statistics. I highly recommend Aestheticare Medspa STL.
