We can’t say enough good things about Dr. LoCanteu. My husband came in with a last-minute eye injury right before closing time, very anxious but Instead of rushing through the appointment, Dr. LoCanteu stayed late without hesitation and made sure he was completely taken care of. From the moment we walked in, we felt at ease. Dr. LoCanteu has that rare combination of professionalism and genuine compassion.Also a great sense of humor!  Every step was explained clearly, our questions were answered patiently, and never once felt like an inconvenience. On top of that, there’s a wonderful sense of humor that lightened the mood exactly when we needed it most. It’s hard to feel stressed when someone can make you smile while sticking a needle in each eye!!😂The metal fragments were removed within minutes and pain free recovery! It’s such a comfort knowing there are doctors who truly go above and beyond for their patients. Staying late to help with a last-minute emergency speaks volumes about both character and dedication. We are incredibly grateful for the care my husband received and would highly recommend Dr. LoCanteu to anyone looking for not only excellent medical care or eye care but also kindness and reassurance when it matters most.
