I discovered that he prescribed a medication for me that is contraindicated with the only other medication that I take. I didn’t find him personable. I waited over an hour in treatment room after a long wait in lobby.

Dr. Charous is the best ENT in Arizona. We are so impressed by his work, he put tubes in my son’s ear when he was 9 months and again when he was 22 months. Each time he was professional, kind, and most importantly efficient. Once brought back into the surgery room he completed the tubes in what felt like 5 minutes. We are so grateful we found this practice and trust Dr. Charous immensely.

Thank you Dr. Charous for finding that I in fact, did have a deviated septum! I’ve been let down by other ents claiming that I’m perfectly normal and I had to deal with what I was going through. I wanted to cry. I did cry. My family saw first hand how sick I was getting. My self confidence diminished because of all the things I was going through. I knew something was wrong. I was constantly sick, and stuffed up. I felt so bad for about a year. Other doctors have been giving me antibiotics (7 prescribed antibiotics back to back).. Obviously none of them have worked since, I would get immediately sick soon after finishing them. When Dr Charrous did diagnose me to have deviated septum I felt relief and I can’t wait to get my surgery done.
