Entire staff was extremely professional and courteous. Dr. Tadrus is impressively knowledgeable about my eye condition. The Technician who went through my recent medical history was also very knowledgeable on my eye condition and knew the right questions to ask while preparing my patient chart update prior to Dr. Tadrus examining me.
I love the ease of making my appointments online. I love that I could choose which Doctor to see. I think all the staff that I interacted with was awesome, Amanda was very helpful! Dr. Rowe (No longer there) is the best eye doctor I have come across in Fredericksburg. No over selling and no BS. Just great!! Today 7/16/2026 I was seen by Brittany, Amanda, and Dr Kijawa and I am always impressed with AE. I will remain a loyal customer.
I have been going to Access Eye for at least 10 years. They have done eye surgeries, testing of my eyes and of course annual eye exams. I also purchase new glasses from them every year because there are never any issues with fit or prescription. Every employee is professional, polite and knowledgeable. They are the best and I have been wearing glasses for 50 years so have been to many eye professionals!
