Really great, knowledgeable staff, fairly quick getting in and out. My only challenge is that I work up the road so it is very hard to get in without taking a whole day off since they have no weekend hours. However I’d rather go with a local company than a corporate chain so I make it work.
The staff at the Aquila Park office in Stafford, Virginia, was incredibly friendly and professional. Everyone I encountered provided excellent customer service and care during my visits. The front desk representative was particularly helpful, and Dr. Bidcombe was thorough in explaining my eye condition. He answered all my questions and was patient with me. I truly appreciate all the help and recommendations he gave me. It was a pleasure seeing you all again.
